White Oak box with angled walnut splines and cherry liner. Oregon white oak can be anywhere from clear white/light colored grain to this dark tan and having black mineral streaking. Quite an attractive bit of lumber as far as oaks go. This piece has some interesting texture in the grain from oaks open-pore nature.
Box can hold pencils, pens, brushes, kitchen utensils, scissors anything you need to tidy up around a desk or counter.
