Works well on a mantel, a shelf, a desk, etc. Hardwood Mini-Altar includes slotted top which allows display of special objects with or without support. Use it to display your weekly oracle or tarot draw, a special fortune, a card from a friend. Mysterious Object is included to get you started for folks that "don't have anything special to display" it doesn't take much, any little thing can become an item of reverence and comfort. *The drawer had a tendency to sag when closed instead of sitting tightly after construction so rather than wastefully remake the drawer I added some tasteful little brass shims that snug it right up.
